Если причина шума в подшипнике - то кроме шума будет еще и повышенное биение. При предпродажной проверке мы проверяем биение.
Магнит внутри корпуса - так это конструктив двигателя такой, с постоянными магнитами.
Штекер питания плохо фиксируется - может причина как раз штекере? Ведь эта дрель источником питания не комплектуется, соответственно,. штекером питания тоже. Попробуйте другой штекер.
P.S. кто-нибудь сможет порекомендовать мне абсолютно бесшумную дрель?
