There is a function for storing the minimum and maximum temperature values in one measurement cycle. These values are indicated by pressing the MEMORY button.
The unit of measure switch (degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit) and the RESET button are located on the back of the case, under the hinged support, on the left. Buttons are hidden, protected from accidental pressing, press with a thin rod.
