Power - 1 kW.
Input voltage - 220V, output (three phases) - 220V.
Input frequency - 45-65Hz, output - 0 ... 800Hz.
This model of the CFM210 frequency converter is designed to work with asynchronous three-phase motors up to 1 kW. The converter supports - smooth acceleration and deceleration, frequency control from analog voltage, buttons or control terminals, start-stop control by one or two wires, as well as other programmable functions.
Control and adjustment is performed by six buttons on the front panel of the converter. Linear menu (without submenu) settings assumes quick and uncomplicated configuration of the device for specific operating modes. The following parameters are available for viewing while the converter is running:
- engine speed (in Hertz or revolutions/minutes);
- current consumed by the motor (with an accuracy of 0.1 Ampere);
- transducer temperature, degrees;
- output frequency to the motor, Hertz;
- DC bus voltage, Volt.
Using the setup menu (service menu), you can set various operating modes of the inverter -
one- and two-wire control of START/STOP rotation;
positive or negative logic of the STOP signal;
speed control from analog voltage, or from buttons;
reverse, reverse prohibition;
acceleration and deceleration (braking) at different speeds;
preset speeds;
rotation stop followed by DC braking;
dynamic braking when stopping;
2 programmable dry contact relays;
fast-acting and customizable motor and converter protections;
For remote control, the terminals located under the cover can be used:
- 6 digital inputs;
- 2 analog inputs (0-10V or 0-20mA);
- reference voltage+10V (for resistor adjustment);
- 1 analog output (option);
- supply voltage+24V for sensors (up to 150mA);
All displayed information is displayed on a seven-segment four-digit green indicator, which allows you to control the value on the indicator at a considerable distance and large illumination of the device.
