Description
 
 
TSC101 a low differential voltage shunt converter on the power rail and converting it to a voltage referenced to ground. Internal gain is fixed. The SOT23's wide input common-mode voltage range, low quiescent current, and tiny size allow it to be used in a wide variety of applications. The common mode input voltage and power supply are independent. Common-mode voltages can range from 2.8V to 30V in operating conditions and up to 60V in absolute maximum conditions. Current consumption up to 300 μA and wide supply voltage range. Possibility of connection for power supply to either side of the current shunt, measurement with minimal error.

  • Wide general survival mode range: -0.3 to 60 V (load-dump)
  • Wide supply voltage range: 4 to 24 V

  • Internally fixed gain: 20 V/V, 50 V/V or 100 V/V
  • Buffering the weekend
