The table for printed circuit boards consists of a frame base, assembled from an aluminum profile, and an upper movable frame with clamps (milled from a 9 mm thick aluminum plate).
Base size 125 x 140 mm.
The size of the upper frame is 120 x 160 mm.
The upper frame is fixed to the base with two screws in the center.
To fix the printed circuit board in the corners of the upper frame, four clamping strips with slots for screws are installed. At the ends of the strips there are horizontal grooves for abutting against the end of the fixed printed circuit board.
All elements of the holder are metal, therefore the table can be used in conjunction with board heaters, both hot-air and infrared.
In the grooves of the lower frame (on the short sides) there are one hole for the screws. The center-to-center distance is 113 mm, which corresponds to the distance between the screws of the reflective plate of the BK-853 air heater and similar models. Those. the table can be easily rigidly fixed to the heater.
The maximum width of the board to be fixed is 80 mm.
The minimum size of the board is 40 x 40 mm (when installing the clamping strips along the diagonals of the frame).
