Dry film lubricant Not greasy, dust does not adhere to it.
The main active lubricant element is polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) particles. Such a lubricant is practically invisible and resembles a thin wax coating.
A fast-evaporating liquid, inert to most materials, was used as a powder carrier.
Forms a slippery transparent film with excellent release properties on all commonly used materials - plastic, rubber, glass, metal or wood.
SPRAYFLON is stable over a wide temperature range from -100°C to+260°C.
In addition, it is resistant to most chemical compounds and has electrical insulating properties.

Appointment
SPRAYFLON is used in electrical engineering as a lubricant when pulling wires or lubricating elements of electromechanical devices.
Also used as a release agent for plastic assemblies and parts, as well as acrylics, nylon, epoxies, polyurethanes, polypropylene, polystyrene and rubber.
Can be used wherever a non-greasy lubricant is needed.
Lubrication of moving parts in electrical engineering, mechanics, maintenance and repair work.
Ideal for office equipment - lubrication of plastic elements of equipment cases where conventional liquid or grease lubricants cannot be used (on bezels, etc.).
Ideal for lubricating rubber-felt pads on window guides and sunroofs in cars. Unlike liquid silicone lubricants, the glass is not contaminated by spreading grease, and dust does not adhere to the guides.
If liquid silicone lubricants are used for this purpose, then at first the situation improves, the glass moves more easily, does not jam in the guides. But over time, the accumulated dust wedges the glass even more. Also, dust adhering to the liquid lubricant has an abrasive effect, forming scuffs on the glass.
Recommendations for use
Shake the can thoroughly before use so that the lubricant powder mixes properly with the carrier fluid.
Spray onto workpieces from a distance of 30 cm.
The surface to be treated must be dry and free from dust and grease.
