Modified version of ZD-8906 soldering station with 48W soldering iron.
Actually, this is a soldering iron with adjustment, without feedback and temperature stabilization, i.e. This device is not a full-fledged soldering station.
However, the modern design of the body, which is at the same time a holder for a soldering iron with a tray for a cleaning sponge, a digital temperature display, and most importantly, a modern design of a 30 W soldering iron actually put this soldering iron on a par with simple budget soldering stations.
The soldering iron belongs to the well-established design of 907. The same system of fastening the tip with a clamping cup with a union nut, a ceramic heater. A reflective plate between the handle and the heater prevents heat transfer to the handle. There is an elasticated grip on the handle in the grip area.
The impression is spoiled a little by the fact that the soldering tips are almost compatible with
900M series - the outer diameter of the ceramic heater is slightly larger, and To install the 900 series durable blades, the inner steel sleeve must be removed from the blade.

The temperature display is relative, in fact, it reflects the degree of regulation, a conventional thyristor regulator is used in the control unit. But surprisingly, the temperature is reflected quite accurately if the input power supply voltage is not much different from the required 220V.
