The XL2576T-ADJE1 IC is a DC/DC buck converter with an output current of up to 3A.

Wide input voltage range: 4.5V to 40V
Adjustable output voltage: from 1.23V to 37V.
Fixed conversion frequency: 52KHz.
The PWM control circuit can continuously adjust the duty cycle from 0 to 100%.
Built-in overcurrent protection.
Thermal protection is built in.
The internal structure of the microcircuit allows the use of a minimum number of external components.
There is a low-current output on/off of the microcircuit.

Typical inclusion:

To turn on the microcircuit, a low logic level (less than 0.8v) must be applied to pin 5 (ON/OFF), a thrown leg in the air also corresponds to the on state. When more than 1.4V is applied, the microcircuit stops working.
The output voltage depends on a resistive divider, the ratings of which can be calculated using the formula written under the typical switching circuit.

Example: if you need an output voltage of 12V, with R1=1KOhm=1000Ohm
R2=(Vout / 1.23 - 1) * R1=(12/1,23 - 1) * 1000 = 8756 Ohm = 8.756KOhm

In this case, it is advisable to use a 10KOhm trimming resistor.
