Купил себе такой приборчик .Провел тестовое измерение ,все верно .Положил .Сегодня понадобился включаю ,а он все показания делит на 100 .вместо 7А показывает 007а вместо 220в показывает 2,2в . Думаю поеду спрошу что там на счет гарантии .Смотрю а имеется механическое повреждение .Оказывается отсек питмния в корпусе заточен под две батареи АА а прибор сделан под крону ккоторая туда нормально не влазит .Прибор продается без источника питания ,береш вставляеш в него источник питания закручиваеш винтик фиксирующий крышку а с другой стороны крышки отламываются фиксаторы так как крона в отсек не влазит физичесуи .Элемент питания вставил механическое повреждение получи и конец гарантии тоже хотя хватает его на одно тестовое измерение .
Вы немного поторопились делать выводы (причем даже не обратившись к нам). Это для возврата товара критично любое повреждение, нарушение товарного вида товара и упаковки и т.п. А для гарантийного обращения по работоспособности сломанный фиксатор крышки не критичен - как-то мы понимаем, что к точности измерений он отношения не имеет.
Принесите прибор в магазин, примем на гарантийный ремонт.
