  Да, вполне возможно. Это цена за интегрированный драйвер без фильтрующих элетролитических конденсаторов в цепи. Данная светодиодная пластина идеально подходит для прожектора на складе , стоянке и т.д. Использовать её для освещения рабочего поля не рекоммендуется.
