Добрый день. Постараюсь помочь.
1) Смещение меньше половины необходимых шагов/расстояния ? Если ровно половина, или четверть - см. переключатели микрошага.
2) Делали подстройку макс. тока обмоток ШД подстроечным резистором на плате? Если занижен то нагрузку не оси не будет держать , будут пропуски шагов.
3) Если у вас есть несколько осей , поменяйте драйвера местами. Появился ли пропуск шагов на другой оси, или остается на первой?
В целом брака по данной модели обнаружено не было.
