High-temperature inorganic glue A520 does not contain organic substances, it is a kind of heat-resistant inorganic glue with a wide range of applications.
The main components are aluminosilicate and other refractory ceramics and inorganic polymers. It has good moisture resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance, chemical resistance.
Can be used for filling, sealing and coating applications.
Suitable for sealing and pouring heating elements, for repairing damaged or broken acid-resistant tanks, blast furnace lining, etc. Bonds metal, ceramics, glass, quartz, carbon and other materials.
It can also be used as a wear resistant coating.

Mode of application:

1... Clean and sand the surfaces to be glued. After that, the surfaces to be glued must be cleaned and dried.
2... To prepare the adhesive, it is necessary toweight ratioMix 2 ~ 3 parts of glue powder with 1 part of water. Stir until smooth, flowing paste. The resulting composition should be used within 30 minutes.
3... Apply mixed material to the adhesive seal to be repaired and apply light pressure.
Leave the glued parts at a temperature of 25 ~ 30°C for 12 ~ 24 hours,
then place for 2 hours in an oven with a constant temperature of 80-100°C,
then increase the temperature to 150. C and hold for another 2 hours.
Then cool slowly to room temperature.
Strictly follow the method of use, otherwise it will affect the bonding effect.
4... Upon completion of the operation, unused glue should be sealed immediately and stored in a cool and dry place.
