Mode of application:
1... Clean and sand the surfaces to be glued. After that, the surfaces to be glued must be cleaned and dried.
2... To prepare the adhesive, it is necessary to
weight ratioMix 2 ~ 3 parts of glue powder with 1 part of water. Stir until smooth, flowing paste. The resulting composition should be used within 30 minutes.
3... Apply mixed material to the adhesive seal to be repaired and apply light pressure.
Leave the glued parts at a temperature of 25 ~ 30°C for 12 ~ 24 hours,
then place for 2 hours in an oven with a constant temperature of 80-100°C,
then increase the temperature to 150. C and hold for another 2 hours.
Then cool slowly to room temperature.
Strictly follow the method of use, otherwise it will affect the bonding effect.
4... Upon completion of the operation, unused glue should be sealed immediately and stored in a cool and dry place.
