The CXG E90WT soldering iron is based on the popular model CXG 936d.
Extended supply voltage range. The soldering iron works stably and maintains the set temperature at a supply voltage of 85V to 240V AC.
The overall dimensions, ergonomics and design of the previous model have been retained, some new options have been added, namely: LED backlighting of display symbols and the presence of an ON/OFF button.
Glowing LED-display allows you to comfortably work with the soldering iron even in low light conditions. Switching off right on the handle of the soldering iron is convenient, you do not need to pull out the power cord from the outlet every time.
Also in this model, the power is increased to 90W.

Let's add here a rather elastic power cord with a three-pole euro plug (cord length 1.4 m), as well as an ergonomic handle with a silicone patch in the coverage area.
Of course, the diameter of the handle is slightly larger than the standard 907 soldering iron, and is 19.5 mm.
The plastic of which the handle and the front nut are made is non-flammable.
Switching the power supply of the heater by a field-effect transistor.
To ensure multivoltage, the soldering iron uses a PTC-type ceramic heater with a nominal supply voltage of 110V, with an integrated resistive-type temperature sensor.
Control parameters of the heater: for a serviceable element, the resistance between the heater leads is about 50-55 Ohm, the resistance between the leads of the resistive type temperature sensor is also about 50-60 Ohm. The heater leads are marked with red insulation, the temperature sensor leads are blue.
The total length of the soldering iron is 220 mm.
 
A soldering iron does not completely replace a stationary soldering station, but in many cases it is a worthy alternative, and given the compatibilitytip size it is relevant as an additional tool for field work.
In the basic configuration, a cone-shaped tip with an end radius of 0.8 mm is installed.
