The SV1 controller is an electronic device for vacuum distillation (distillation), the "brain" of a mini-laboratory.
SV1 facilitates the distillation process, and the person only monitors its processes. The controller shows on the screen and changes many parameters of distillation: temperature, pressure, time. The controller can control a special vacuum pump that evacuates air from the tank and reduces the pressure in the tank.
In SV1, you can configure 4 programs for your favorite recipes (for example, for different types of raw materials) and carry out the distillation in automatic mode, slightly adjusting the parameters in the process.

This controller has the ability to record 4 heating programs for 100 hours of duration each+two modes

It has a built-in 12V power supply, two-line LCD, BTA41 triac for precise load control, separate control of a powerful 12-24V DC motor.
Allows you to control the heating process and maintain the temperature, for example, steam generation or distillation (including laboratory and alcohol) throughout the process - initial heating, reaching
the main mode of maintaining the temperature with PID regulation, the end of the main work.
The controller can control the temperature of distillation (including alcohol) under vacuum (pressure below atmospheric) and complete
it at a given temperature. Remote temperature sensors are used for monitoring.
This version of the Controller is designed to facilitate the heating and (or) distillation processes by an untrained operator, and to provide an opportunity for the operator
receive accurate data on temperatures and pressure, for possible subsequent change and adjustment of modes specifically for a specific process.

The controller is sold as a fully assembled and tested main board and indicator board on a ribbon cable, without a case. For operation, it is necessary to place the boards in the case.
