Thermally conductive paste (thermal paste) is a multicomponent plastic substance with high thermal conductivity, used to reduce the thermal resistance between two contacting surfaces. Heat transferring paste replaces the air between surfaces with heat transferring paste with higher thermal conductivity. It is used in electronics to remove heat from power circuit components and reduce the temperature gradient inside the blocks. ShinEtsu X-23-7783D thermal paste does not dry out after prolonged use and has 9.2 times better thermal conductivity compared to the well-known KPT-8. This thermal paste is made in Japan. Supplied in a sealed anti-static bag. The set includes a syringe with a paste of 3.5 g and a plastic spatula for applying and leveling the paste. The paste is difficult to apply on very smooth surfaces (crystals) due to its characteristic consistency, but its properties as a heat conductor remain excellent.

Весьма впечатлен термопастой. СтОит своих денег. Из-за высокой плотности трудно наносить, я использовал несколько капель изопропанола.
Использовал для "процессора" и "видеокарты". При прочих равных условиях, при использовнии "китайской" пасты температура на процессоре была 49С, при использовании этой 33С ! Душевно рекомендую :)
