Dielectric heat-conducting adhesive for mounting electronic components on radiators, based on RTV silicone rubber.
One-component, cures on contact with moisture in the ambient air.
Waterproof.
Chemically neutral, does not cause corrosion of mating surfaces.
It is used as an insulating, heat-conducting and electrical insulating material.

  • curing time: 60 minutes (at 25°C and humidity> 60%)
  • thermal conductivity: 1.5 W/(m K)

Attention! For layers over 6 mm thick, it is recommended to use two-component compounds.
