XH-W1315 high temperature digital thermostat module with K-type thermocouple is designed to control heating or cooling modes in various devices. Due to the wide range of temperature measurement from -30°C to+999°C and ease of operation, it can be used, among other things, for the creation and repair of soldering stations.

After power on, the display shows the temperature in real time. To program the modes, four clock buttons are used: "ENT", "SET", "+", "-".
"ENT" button: short press - memorize the set value, mute the sound when the buzzer sounds.
"+" Button: Increases the set value.
Button "-": Decreases the set value.
Programming Modes:
P0 - selection of the module operation mode: H - heating, C - cooling
P1 - setting the hysteresis from 0°С to 50°С
P2 - correction of thermocouple readings ±20°С
P3 - setting the relay and buzzer to work when the set temperature is reached. ON/OFF values.
To set the control temperature, shortly press the SET button, then use the "+" or "-" buttons to set the required temperature, and press the SET button again.
To enter the programming mode, hold down the SET button for 5 seconds, then use the "+" or "-" buttons to select the menu item (P0-P3). To save the settings, press and hold the SET button, or do not press any buttons for 10 seconds. The thermostat settings are saved in the nonvolatile memory of the microcontroller and after the power is turned off, they are not changed.
In the P2 menu, you can calibrate the readings of the thermostat against a reference device (within ±20°C)
To return to the factory settings, press the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously and hold for about 2 seconds, after which the buzzer will beep, three eights will appear on the display, the device will go into standby mode, the display will show the current temperature.
Example of setting for heating.
It is necessary to maintain the water temperature in the boiler at 80-90 ℃.
If the water temperature exceeds 90 ℃, then stop heating, when the water cools down to 80 °, start heating.
We make the settings as follows:
1.Set the stop temperature to 90 ℃. Press the "SET" button briefly. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the value "90".
2. set the operating mode in heating mode H. Long press the "SET" button. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to select the "P0" mode. Press the "SET" button briefly. Select "H" mode.
3. Set hysteresis 10 ℃, means that when the water temperature reaches +90 ℃, heating will stop and when the water temperature reaches 80 ℃, the heater will turn on again. To do this, press the "SET" button for a long time. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to select the "P1" mode. Press shortly the "SET" button and set the value "10".
4. enable the relay actuation and sound alarm mode. Long press the "SET" button. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to select the "P3" mode. Press the "SET" button briefly. Select "ON" mode.
Example of setting for cooling:
The refrigerator compartment must be kept at -5 ℃ ~ 0 ℃
When the temperature reaches -5 ℃, stop cooling, when the temperature rises to 0 ℃, start cooling again.
We make the settings as follows:
1.set the stop temperature to -5 ℃;
2. set the operating mode to cooling mode "C";
3. Set the hysteresis to 5, means that when the temperature reaches -5 ℃, the cooling will stop and when the temperature reaches 0 ℃, the cooling will start again.
4. enable the relay actuation and sound alarm mode. Long press the "SET" button. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to select the "P3" mode. Press the "SET" button briefly. Select "ON" mode.
